What does your AI GTM stack actually cost?
Pick the go-to-market surfaces you run, set your team size, and get three costed stacks (lean, standard, enterprise) built from 30 verified 2026 tool prices. We multiply per-seat tools by your headcount, flag the credit-metered ones that bill above the sticker, and name the gaps a given budget cannot cover instead of padding them.
How much does an AI GTM stack cost in 2026? A lean startup stack runs about $150 to $250 a month at entry list prices (one writer, one SEO tool, one GEO tracker, a contact database, a cold-email sender). A standard mid-market stack lands around $500 to $900 a month before seats scale it. An enterprise stack with premium suites, a GEO platform, and ZoomInfo-class or Outreach-class quoted tools runs $3,000 to $8,000 a month or more. Per-seat tools multiply with headcount, and credit-metered tools bill above the sticker at production volume. Build yours below.
Three reference stacks, entry list prices, verified June 2026
Stack
Example tools
Typical monthly
Lean solo / early startup
Copy.ai (free) or Jasper $49, Frase $45, Otterly $29, Apollo $49/seat, Instantly $30
Premium suites, a GEO platform, ZoomInfo-class data, Outreach or Salesloft (quoted)
$3,000 to $8,000+
How the numbers are sourced: every price is the tool's lowest published paid monthly list price, read from the vendor's own pricing page and verified June 2026, from our open AI GTM Tools 2026 index (CC-BY). Prices marked quote are enterprise-only with no public number. List prices are a floor, not your invoice: verify current pricing before you buy, and budget 1.5 to 3 times the sticker at production volume.

Set your team size and pick your GTM surfaces
Team size multiplies per-seat tools. Click every surface you actually run. Stacks rebuild live.
Used to multiply per-seat tools like Jasper, Apollo, and Notion AI.
Pick at least one surface above to build your costed stacks. The more surfaces you select, the more useful the coverage and gap read gets.
How this calculator works
Catalog: 30 AI GTM tools across marketing, SEO and GEO, and sales, each with its lowest published paid monthly list price, verified June 2026 from the vendor's pricing page. Source and license: the open AI GTM Tools 2026 index (CC-BY 4.0).
The three stacks: for each surface you select, the lean stack picks the lowest effective monthly cost (free tiers win), the standard stack picks the merit leader with a public price, and the enterprise stack picks the category leader including quote-only tools. Per-seat prices are multiplied by your team size before comparison.
Gaps and warnings: when a tier cannot cover a surface (for example, AI SDR tools are quote-only, so no lean number exists), we say so rather than pad it with a weak pick. Credit-metered and per-seat tools are flagged because both bill above the sticker at scale.
Caveats
Stacks are starting points, not gospel. Workflow fit beats coverage on paper, which is why every pick links to our full comparison. If the optimizer picks Smartlead but your team lives in Instantly, keep Instantly. And every price is a list price: your negotiated annual rate, credit overages, and seat count will move the real number.

Selected GEO or AI-visibility tracking?
Buying a GEO tracker tells you where you stand in AI answers. Getting cited where you are absent is the harder job. If you want continuous monitoring of your share of voice across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, plus the structural and off-page work to earn the citations, that is the GEO monitoring and placement retainer.
Why is the real cost higher than the sticker price?
Three reasons. Per-seat tools (Jasper, Apollo, Notion AI) multiply with headcount, so a $49 seat is $245 across five reps. Credit-metered tools (Apollo, Clay, Seamless, Surfer) charge for usage and often do not roll credits over, so heavy use buys add-on packs. And enterprise data and engagement tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, 11x) are annual quotes that dwarf the monthly line items. Budget 1.5 to 3 times the sticker at production volume.
What is the cheapest viable AI GTM stack?
Around $150 to $200 a month for one person: Copy.ai on its free tier or Jasper at $49 for content, Frase at $45 or Surfer at $99 for SEO, Otterly at $29 for GEO tracking, Apollo at $49 a seat for contact data and sequencing, and Instantly at $30 for sending. Free tiers on Copy.ai, Apollo, and several GEO trackers push it lower at the cost of volume and credit caps.
Which part of the GTM stack is most expensive?
Data and search visibility. Enterprise B2B contact data (ZoomInfo-class, quoted at roughly $2,600 a month and up) and enterprise sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft) dwarf everything else, and dedicated GEO platforms like Profound run $99 to the low thousands. Content tools are the cheapest layer, with several usable free tiers. The budget question is really how much data and AI-answer visibility you are buying, not how much content.
